Waiting in Vancouver

Have a few hours wait in Vancouver B.C. Love everything about Vancouver, even the airport is comfortable and planned well.
It is Sunday night 11/6/11, almost Midnight, leaving 2:10 AM for Hong Kong, about a 13 hour flight + time change.
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) about 10:35 Tuesday morning.
